MISSION

Accelerating company growth

ROCA Industry’s mission is to foster an entrepreneurial culture built on partnership by bringing medium-sized companies—often without access to capital markets or institutional investors—under the umbrella of the holding. Through a structured transformational process and leveraging the industry expertise of its majority shareholder, ROCA Investments, ROCA Industry contributes to improving operational efficiency and performance. The goal is to position its portfolio companies as regional leaders by investing financial resources, know-how, and passion.
