In 2021, the companies BICO Industries and EVOLOR (formerly SARCOM) joined the ROCA INDUSTRY umbrella.
In 2022, ECO EURO DOORS and DIAL Hârșova became part of the ROCA Industry portfolio.
Electroplast, a company with over 30 years of experience and a leader in the electrical cable market, joined the ROCA Industry portfolio in 2023.
In 2024, the door manufacturing company Workshop Doors was brought under the ROCA Industry umbrella.
In 2025, VELTA DOORS brand is formed as a result of the merger between the two door manufacturing companies, Eco Euro Doors and Workshop Doors.
