BICO Industries is a Romanian company founded in 2006, recognized in the market under two brands: BICO and Terra. Currently in a scaling phase, the company focuses on the production of fiberglass mesh for ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), fiberglass mesh for other industrial materials, and corner profiles with fiberglass reinforcement mesh.

At present, BICO operates in five production centers: two in Romania (Piatra Neamț and Vaslui), two in the Republic of Moldova (through Terra, a fully owned company since March 2022), and one factory in Lithuania (through Iranga, fully owned since May 2023). BICO also owns two fiberglass producers: Iranga Technologijos in Lithuania and Terra in the Republic of Moldova.

EVOLOR is one of the largest players in the paint and varnish manufacturing industry. With a 30-year history, two well-recognized brands, and an extensive product portfolio, the company has succeeded in becoming—and remaining—one of the leading local manufacturers.

EVOLOR produces and sells its products under two brands, Sticky and Coral, addressing both the budget-friendly market segment and the premium range, with a portfolio of 380 products. These are sold through retail chains such as Dedeman and Leroy Merlin, as well as an extensive network of local distributors, covering over 31 counties in Romania.

The company operates seven main production lines across two sites located in Vâlcea County, manufacturing a wide range of products mainly for the domestic market, primarily targeting the residential sector. The portfolio includes washable paints, decorative plasters, alkyd paints and varnishes, adhesives, thinners, and manual colorants—marketed under its two flagship brands, Sticky and Coral.

DIAL is a company specialized in the production of welded fence panels, woven fence mesh, welded mesh rolls, rectangular posts, and more, with 30 years of experience in this market.

The company is currently undergoing a transformation phase, having been acquired by ROCA Industry in September 2022. DIAL’s portfolio includes over 200 products in various sizes, which are primarily distributed nationwide through DIY retail chains as well as other specialized retailers and distributors.

ELECTROPLAST has been part of the ROCA Industry portfolio since the end of June 2023. With 30 years of experience, the company specializes in the production of low-voltage copper and aluminum electrical cables and is currently in a consolidation phase.

A market leader in the railway cable sector, ELECTROPLAST places strong emphasis on European trends that demand higher safety standards in construction, as well as on energy efficiency, sustainability, and other public interest concerns.

The company operates with over 30 specialized machines and production lines, and its portfolio includes approximately 3,600 cable types and sizes serving various sectors such as railway, civil and industrial construction, energy, electrical installations, telecommunications, mining, and industry.

VELTADOORS is the largest Romanian manufacturer of doors for residential construction. Launched in December 2024, the company is the result of a merger between ECO EURO DOORS and WORKSHOP DOORS, the two leading players in the residential door market, now united under a single, consolidated entity.

VELTADOORS produces a wide range of residential doors, focusing on innovation and quality to meet the demands of both local and international markets.
