Rudi is a financier whose appetite for investment is anchored in current business realities and an understanding of entrepreneurs' needs. He has over 7 years of experience in investment management, over 10 years in distress finance, and more than 5 years in financing, where he has learned to see opportunities where others see only risks.
He advocates for the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Romania and is a leader whose strategy is to create environments where people are passionate, inspired, and motivated to achieve their goals and become better. Previously, Rudi held management and restructuring positions at CITR and BRD, and was also a member of the Board of Directors at Cemacon S.A.
Rudolf Vizental graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the West University of Timișoara in 1996, and in 2008 he completed his MBA studies at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts in Paris, France.
ROCA MANAGEMENT S.R.L. has been a member of the Board of Directors of Roca Industry since September 2021, with Rudi as its permanent representative, and is currently in its second term, which expires on September 17, 2029.
