Alex joined ROCA Industry in May 2022, bringing over 17 years of experience in the commercial and sales sectors for construction materials.
Having progressed through all stages of a sales career—both in corporations and entrepreneurial companies—Alex has made significant contributions to the industry, from introducing innovative, market-first products in Romania to building strong teams and leading departments such as sales, production, operations, and logistics.
He brings to projects and companies both in-depth technical expertise and broad experience across multiple industry categories, including wood, thermal and sound insulation materials, concrete prefabricates, AAC masonry, and ceramics.
Alex contributes to company success through a strategic, sustainable approach to sales, a deep understanding of the professional drivers that lead sales teams to success, and the motivational resources needed to persistently pursue and achieve goals.
