Camelia Ene took on the role of CEO of ROCA Industry in January 2025.

She brings with her 25 years of experience in multinational companies, over 17 of which were spent in the energy sector, with a strong focus on the oil and gas industry. For 7 years, she served as CEO of one of the most prominent local companies in the oil & gas sector, where she was responsible for implementing major strategic projects and developing the product portfolio.

Camelia brings valuable expertise to the ROCA Industry team in the areas of growth strategy development, expansion projects, and the management of large-scale strategic investments. Together with the teams of professionals within the holding and its portfolio companies, she will continue to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen ROCA Industry’s market position.
