Ioan-Adrian Bindea was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roca Industry for a period of four years, from the company's establishment in September 2021 until September, and also served as CEO for almost three years, until January 2025.
With over 12 years of experience in restructuring, capital markets, and real estate, previously investment manager at ROCA Investments, during which time he stabilized Frigotehnica and turned it into a profitable company in less than two years, Ionuț Bindea has proven experience in making decisions geared toward the development of ROCA Industry.
Ionuț brings to the team his extensive managerial experience and ability to transform companies into a solid and sustainable long-term business model.
Ioan Bindea graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest in 2008, where he completed his master's and bachelor's degrees.
Ioan-Adrian Bindea's term as CEO of Roca Industry expires on April 30, 2026.
