Sustainability Project Coordinator

Ioana has been serving as Project Coordinator at ROCA Industry since May 2022 and has been part of the ROCA ecosystem for over four years. In her role, she supports the achievement of project targets aimed at operational efficiency, facilitates team communication, and provides assistance in solving various challenges—demonstrating a people-centered approach and a strong focus on building synergies across the team.

With over 13 years of experience in multinational companies within finance and client service departments, she is a structured professional, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and process-focused.

In addition, Ioana has taken on responsibilities in the ESG area, coordinating non-financial reporting processes, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and implementing monitoring systems to ensure compliance with current ESG standards and regulations.
