Raluca Ghiță has been part of the ROCA Industry team since January 2024 and currently holds the position of Controlling & Reporting Manager. With a financial background and over 10 years of experience in both public and private sector companies, she has applied her expertise in audit and financial reporting across a wide range of industries including retail, real estate, construction, automotive, and energy. She plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing the group’s management with deep insights into the key aspects of medium- and long-term projects.
As Controlling & Reporting Manager, Raluca oversees financial control and reporting activities, ensuring that financial data is accurate, transparent, and reflects the holding's performance appropriately.
She brings to the ROCA Industry team solid expertise in financial performance evaluation and auditing, helping to optimize financial processes and implement effective budget control solutions.
