Victorița Șter-Chelba is a well-established figure in the business community in the north-western and central regions of the country. With over 10 years of experience in business management and marketing, Victorița Șter-Chelbă successfully manages one of the most profitable businesses in the field of construction materials and interior design in Maramureș County, the VIVOHAUS Showroom, along with its two associated material warehouses.

She owns three companies that are part of the REVOLUTION RESIDENCE Group, which had a net turnover of over €37 million at the end of 2023. She is a member of Romanian Business Leaders and Maramureș Business Club and is actively involved in supporting and developing the local and national entrepreneurial environment.

Victorița Șter-Chelba completed her university studies in 2012 at the Spiru Haret University in Brașov, specializing in Management.

Victorița's term as an interim member of the ROCA Industry Board of Directors began on June 3, 2024, and was renewed on September 16, 2025, expiring on September 17, 2029.
