Victorița Șter

Victorița Șter-Chelba is a well-established figure in the business environment of Romania’s north-west and central regions. With over 10 years of experience in business management and marketing, she successfully manages one of the most profitable companies in the construction materials and interior design sector in Maramureș County — the VIVOHAUS showroom, along with its two associated material warehouses.
She owns three companies under the “REVOLUTION RESIDENCE” Group, which achieved a net turnover of over €37 million by the end of 2023. Victorița is also a member of Romanian Business Leaders and Maramureș Business Club, actively supporting and promoting the growth of local and national entrepreneurship.
She graduated in 2012 with a degree in Management from Spiru Haret University – Brașov.
Victorița Șter-Chelba’s term as interim member of the Board of Directors of ROCA Industry began on June 3, 2024, and will expire on September 17, 2025, or on the date of the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ROCA Industry, whichever comes first.
