ROCA Industry, together with the Electrica and BRK Financial Group companies, was selected within the "Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme" project, launched at the beginning of this year in Romania by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The initiative aims to support companies to improve the relationship with investors, but also to increase the liquidity of shares of companies listed on the stock exchange.

Our industrial holding is thus taking new steps towards listing on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and will benefit, as part of this project, from consulting from the Vertik company, to improve visibility on the capital market. It provides a team of professional consultants for the realization of a solid IR (Investor Relations) strategy, with the aim of improving and developing relations, but also the path of companies in their sector of activity.

In relation to this topic, but also to the company's future steps, Ionuț Bindea, CEO of ROCA Industry, days: "We aim to transfer to the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange less than 2 years after the listing, during which we had an accelerated business evolution, both through organic growth and through the acquisition of 6 companies. All this time we have been constantly concerned with attracting new investors, ensuring that we maintain transparent communication. ROCA Industry is the first construction materials holding listed on the stock exchange in Romania, which develops and scales Romanian entrepreneurial businesses, turning them into regional champions. In all our endeavors we pay particular attention to sustainability policies, and for this purpose we are developing a complex long-term strategy, with an emphasis on good corporate governance, to be able to generate performance in Romanian industry and on the capital market."

"We congratulate the companies selected in the program that will receive concrete support, adapted to their needs, in terms of creating an IR - Investor Relations strategy, we believe, with an impact on the attractiveness of the company in the capital market. The success of listed companies depends on how they manage to build an active market for the company's shares, which maintains the attention of investors and attracts new investors," said Attila Toth, Director, Capital & Financial Markets Development Team, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

"We are pleased with the high interest of the 12 issuers that applied within the Program, to improve the relationship with investors, which we consider key in the development of our capital market. The BVB has attracted numerous individual investors in recent years, while assets under management by institutional investors are growing. Therefore, there is a need for successful companies and professional management teams that can deliver and communicate results," said Adrian Tănase, CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
