Alex joined Roca Industry in May 2022 with over 17 years of experience in the commercial and construction material sales field.
Going through all the steps of a career in sales, both in corporations and in entrepreneurial companies, Alex made important contributions to the industry, from bringing new, unique products to the Romanian market, to building solid teams, by coordinating sales, production, operations, logistics departments.
Alex brings to projects and companies an in-depth technical knowledge, but also experience of multiple categories in the industry: wood, thermal and soundproofing materials, prefabricated concrete, AAC masonry and ceramics. He will contribute to the companies’ success through strategic sustainable approach in sales, by understanding the professional resources that lead a sales team to success and the motivational resources to persistently pursue the fulfillment of objectives.
