Camelia Ene took over the role of CEO of ROCA Industry in January 2025. 

She has 25 years of experience in multinational companies, of which over 17 years in the energy sector, with a focus on the "oil and gas" industry. For 7 years she held the position of CEO of one of the most important companies in the field of oil & gas at the local level, having responsibilities for the implementation of some major strategic projects and the development of the product portfolio.
