He is also a Board Member of ROCA Investments, BICO, Electroplast, Romcargo Maritim and Piscicola.
With an experience of over 12 years in restructuring, capital markets and real estate, Ioan Bindea was the CEO and Chairman of Frigotehnica.
In the past, he worked within CITR (a company in the Impetum Group), CNVM (currently ASF) and Tradeville.
