Strategy

ROCA Industry's strategy is to develop and scale strong domestic brands active in the field of building materials, both under a joint strategy, and through the synergies generated by their activity.

We understand the building materials manufacturing market’s need of consolidation. Through the Holding, we aim to provide the necessary leverage for such process, in order to bring together companies in this sector under a unique structure, where they can benefit from a shared vision, intra-group synergy mechanisms, and an increased market access.

ROCA Industry's objective is to become one of the leaders in the building materials manufacturing market, both through organic growth - by increasing and developing the companies inside the holding - and through M&A consolidations with other complementary companies in the same activity sector, which should allow the generation of synergies.

Through the implementation of these economic synergies and ROCA know-how at subsidiares level, ROCA Industry can function in an integrated manner, efficiently using the resources at hand and accessing the market in a unitary way. As a result, its activity will diversify across multiple business lines (all within the building materials sector), and the Holding will have a single contact point for the players in this industry.
