ELECTROPLAST, the manufacturer of copper and aluminum electrical cables from the ROCA Industry portfolio, is moving forward towards upgrading its production lines: a new set of equipment among the four that will be completely replaced, arrived at the company's factory in Bistrita, in August.
The investment generates the opportunity to diversify, optimize and streamline the production process by eliminating intermediate stages and increasing execution flexibility.
ELECTROPLAST, recently integrated into the ROCA Industry holding, has recently completed the first stage of re-engineering its production lines, by putting into operation a new insulation line and the purchase of alternating current motors, which will replace the older, high consumption motors.
With more than 30 years of experience, the company is one of the largest cable manufacturers and market leader of electrical cables for railway infrastructure, previously owned by ROCA Investments, the majority shareholder of ROCA Industry.
